You can copy the the .htaccess file in your joomla folder and paste it in your Administrator Folder

Then all you will need to do is Copy the Following in it.  Replacing the IP address with your own.

Order Deny,Allow Deny from all Allow from 100.100.100.100

 

If you need multiple ip address you can use something like this 100.100.100.    

Or you can add multiple single ip address like this

Order Deny,Allow Deny from all Allow from 100.100.100.100
Allow from 100.100.100.200
Allow from 192.168.249.

 

Now your Administrator page is Secure from outside Assaults.
